Adam Gilchrist
416 Test dismissals as keeper and 17 Test centuries
Overview
Gilchrist redefined the wicketkeeper batter, scoring 17 Test centuries at a strike rate beyond any keeper before him. His 57 ball hundred at Perth in 2006 electrified the Ashes, and his 149 in the 2007 World Cup final sealed the trophy. He walked on his own word before umpires raised the finger.
