Clive Lloyd
Captain of the West Indies to the 1975 and 1979 World Cups
Overview
Lloyd scored a century in the first World Cup final at Lords in 1975 and led the West Indies to a second title in 1979. Building his attack around a battery of fast bowlers, he turned the side into the most dominant team in Test cricket for well over a decade. A tall left handed batsman in thick glasses, he was later a match referee and administrator.
