Overview
Bradman scored 6,996 Test runs in 52 Tests with 29 centuries from 80 innings. He made 974 in the 1930 Ashes, survived Bodyline in 1932-33 and captained the 1948 Invincibles. Needing four in his final innings to average 100, he was bowled for a duck. No athlete in any sport has dominated peers by so wide a margin.
