Overview
Headingley has staged two of the greatest Ashes comebacks. Ian Botham scored 149 not out and Bob Willis took 8 for 43 to win the 1981 Test from following on, and Ben Stokes made 135 not out in 2019 as England chased 359. The ground sits beside the rugby league stadium in Headingley.
