WACA Ground
Perth pace bowl, Tests from 1970 to 2017
Overview
The WACA was the fastest pitch in world cricket, where Dennis Lillee and Jeff Thomson terrified visiting teams in the 1970s. Adam Gilchrist smashed a hundred off 57 balls here in the 2006 Ashes. The final Test was staged in 2017 before cricket moved to Perth Stadium.
