Overview
McCullum smashed 158 not out in the first ever IPL match in 2008 and became a pioneer of aggressive batting in every format. He captained New Zealand to the 2015 World Cup final and in his last Test, at Christchurch in 2016, struck a century from 54 balls, the fastest in Test history. He later became England Test coach in 2022 and oversaw a bold attacking style.
