Overview
The rebuilt Motera stadium in Ahmedabad opened in 2021 as the biggest cricket venue on earth. The 2023 World Cup final between India and Australia was staged here before about 93,000 on the day and a global audience of hundreds of millions. It hosted the pink ball Test that ended inside two days in 2021.
