Rashid Khan
Afghan leg spinner who became a global T20 superstar
Overview
Rashid rose from a refugee childhood to lead the rapid rise of Afghanistan cricket, bowling quick leg spin and googlies that batsmen struggle to read. He became one of the most sought after players in franchise leagues worldwide and topped the T20 bowling rankings. As captain he led Afghanistan to the semifinals of the 2024 T20 World Cup.
